Nursing Adjunct Faculty Instructor/Clinical/Lab

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings.
• Collaborate with course faculty and works closely with clinical coordinator.
• Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking/reasoning during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment.
• Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clinical agencies.
• Makes regular observations of students’ performance and provides timely feedback.
• Makes evaluations and grades care plans as assigned.
• Provides positive and constructive feedback if needed.

Requirements

• Hold an unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Prefer a Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) will be considered for LPN programming with significant clinical background or prior teaching experience.
