About the role
The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (ODAFF) is seeking part-time Nursery Technicians.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with planting and harvesting seedlings
- Collecting and preparing seed for planting
- Weeding around seedlings in the field
- Maintaining irrigation lines
- Maintaining fields with a mower, brush hog and weed eater
- Cleaning and maintaining buildings and trucks
- Processing seedlings during harvest season
- Counting/tying seedlings in bundles to prepare for shipping
- Day-to-day general operating procedures
Requirements
- Valid Driver License may be required for some Nursery Technician positions

The Nursery Technician is an entry-level position that does not require any prior job experience.

Schedule
