Nursery PK2 Caregiver

About the role

We are seeking part-time Nursery/Pk2 Caregivers in a classical and Catholic classroom for 14 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year. Our center is located in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person, on-site position (not remote).

Responsibilities

• Teach everything you need to know
• Provide childcare/nursery for staff
• Sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church
• Complete a background check and mandatory training
• Work Monday and Thursday from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM

Requirements

• No teaching certification or formal teaching experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Good organization
• Timeliness
• A traditional view of the student/teacher relationship
• Living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life

Qualifications

• Experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children
• Ministry in your Catholic parish
• Teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes
• Teaching your own children
• Teaching in a classical or private school (not required)
