Nurse Technician (Pediatrics)

Responsibilities

• Assists nurses in delivering high-quality care to our pediatric residents.
• Provides hands-on support with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Fosters a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and families.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes.
• Manages the morning transition, ensuring all students are awake, properly groomed, and fully prepared for the school day.
• Secures the safe and punctual boarding of residents onto the school bus.

Qualifications

• A caring, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
• Prior experience in healthcare (CNA certification preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A desire to work in a pediatric care setting.
