Nurse Technician - Med/Surg Infill 5 - Full-Time - Evenings

Schedule

This position is a full-time evening shift (3:30 PM–midnight), with 3 weekends per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Perform select care duties to support patient well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Enhance the patient experience through attentive and supportive interactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Technician/Patient Care Technician Program or Nursing Assistant, EKG, and Phlebotomy Program or Medical Assistant Program, with documentation of completion.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

Preferred Criteria

• Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse Technician, Patient Care Technician, or Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift, move, and position patients of all weights with varying amounts of assistance on a regular and recurring basis.
• Dexterity of fingers, hands, arms, and feet.
• Sensory requirements including speech, touch, vision, and hearing within normal range (with corrections, if needed).

Pay

Salary Range: $29.68–$32.43/hour.
