Nurse Supervisor Every Other Weekend

About the role

The Nurse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including supervising certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), and registered nurses (RNs). This is a part-time opportunity, working every other weekend, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs, LPNs, and RNs to ensure exceptional resident care
• Oversee clinical operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Drive quality outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active NJ RN or LPN license
• Leadership experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facilities
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work every other weekend, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm

Pay

$31 - $47/hour

Schedule

Part-time, every other weekend (7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm)
