Nurse Supervisor Evening

Job Summary

We are hiring an Evening Nurse Supervisor at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Old Bridge. This position leads the evening shift and ensures high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the evening shift, ensuring all residents receive quality care and services
• Manage and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including assignments, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for the evening shift
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and other staff members, addressing concerns and issues as needed
• Collaborate with other departments, including admissions, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as an Evening Nurse Supervisor preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
