Nurse Supervisor

Schedule

Available: 3p-11:30p Mon-Fri with weekend on-call every 6-8 weeks

Responsibilities

• Manage resident care needs according to care plans
• Supervise and coach staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met
• Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
• Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care
• Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
• Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care
• Participate in on-call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year
