About the role
Lead and support a team of LPNs, Medical Assistants, and support staff. Create and manage nursing schedules, including coverage for call-ins. Partner with the Director of Nursing and Clinic Operations Manager to address staffing, performance, and workflow needs. Mentor, train, and onboard new nursing staff. Conduct annual performance evaluations and skills assessments. Facilitate monthly nursing meetings and ongoing education opportunities. Oversee clinical supply ordering and medication samples. Serve as Vaccine Coordinator, ensuring proper storage, inventory, and compliance. Provide guidance on clinical matters and step in for hands-on patient care as needed.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensed RN (preferred) or LPN in New York State
- Prior clinical experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with clinical care
- Passion for team development and community-based healthcare

Pay
- LPN Salary Range: $72,000 - $75,000
- RN Salary Range: $83,000 - $87,000
