Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are currently searching for a Nurse Supervisor to join our friendly, caring, and supportive team at Harmony Palos Heights. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a rapidly growing facility that values your expertise and passion for care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of all clinical staff on the units
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff
• Aid in instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Maintain established infection prevention practices
• Ensure adequate staffing for resident needs

Requirements

• Unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license
• C.P.R. Certification
• Two (2) years of R.N. experience
• Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of R.N. experience
