Nurse Staff, ICU, Full Time, Day Shift, 7a-7p, including every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry patients.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Functions in the role of charge/lead nurse and coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certified.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
