About the role
Make a meaningful difference in a student’s school day! Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys working with children and providing personalized, attentive care to a kindergarten student during the school day in Millersville, PA.
Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and support throughout the full school day, including during bus transportation.
- Manage and monitor G-tube and central-line care in accordance with the student’s individualized care plan and applicable nursing standards.
- Monitor the student’s health status, respond to medical needs, and communicate effectively with the school team and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, interventions, and relevant observations.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based nursing care, including G-tube and central-line management

Pay
Competitive Pay: Earn $33.80 - $40.00 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Registered Nurse, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
Schedule
Duration: 41 weeks, 36 hours per week, Shift: 12 hours. Work‑Life Balance: Enjoy a predictable school schedule with 40 hours per week, plus paid sick leave.
