Nurse RN or LPN - Part Time - Broome

Position Summary

Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. RN - $38.22 LPN - $30.94-35.10 Part Time - Flexible Weekend and Evening hours

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication to children as ordered.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner meeting all standards of content and professional presentation.
• Provide preventive health care for disease and injury to the children in the agency programs by facilitating necessary nursing, medical, dental and related care to accomplish this purpose either by the performance of specific skilled nursing procedures, including nursing assessment, or scheduling the necessary care with the appropriate health care practitioner.
• Ensure that Agency standards of practice, as well as, State, Federal and Accreditation standards are fully met.

Requirements

• Education: Licensed in New York State and graduate of an accredited RN OR LPN Program required.
• Experience: Pediatric, School, and/or Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
