Nurse RN or LPN Overnight Shift

About the role

Bella Terra Morton Grove is seeking 2 NOC Shift Nurses. This position is open to either LPN or RN candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess and document resident health needs and progress.
• Implement treatment plans and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Illinois.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).
