Nurse (RN or LPN) On-Call

As a nurse at Chapel View, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary
• Performs additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must have a current Minnesota RN license and be in good standing
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

• RN Wage Range: $37.00 - $45.10 per hour depending on experience
• LPN Wage Range: $30.00 - $36.57 per hour depending on experience
• Shift Differentials: Evenings $1.00, Nights $1.75, TCU $2.00
