About the role

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Memory Care unit. Provide compassionate care to residents with memory-related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document resident health needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required
• Current license to practice as an RN or LPN in state of employment
• Experience in long-term care or memory care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
