About the role

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) delivers 1:1 pediatric home health care that enables children with medical complexities to live safely and comfortably at home. The organization has been serving families since 1990, offering care for patients with tracheostomy, ventilator, and gastrostomy tube needs across Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes.
• Monitor and manage tracheostomy and gastrostomy tubes, including ventilator support when required.
• Assist with daily activities, medication administration, and medical equipment maintenance.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment and communicate observations to families and the care team.
