Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1-year facility experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Covid vaccination or weekly testing
- PPD within one year
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Stand and walk long hours
- Bend and lift without restrictions
