About the role

Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD is now hiring compassionate and dependable Nurses (RN/LPN) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have current RN or LPN licensure, or compact licensure with multistate privileges, strong communication skills, and a compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment, and discharge
• Collapse
  • Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain clear med logs
  • Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
  • Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking, and reporting for each client
  • Provide patient education in individual and group settings

  Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, efficient worker with ability to multitask
  • Compassionate, dignified character which models recovery principles

  Pay

  The pay range for this position is $25,000 - $40,000 annually.
