Responsibilities
Under the direction of the RN Nursing Supervisor, Unit Manager, ADON or ADON -- Unit, or DON, the International Registered Nurse -- RN will participate in a structured orientation and training program with no direct patient care until all licensing requirements are met. During the orientation period, the International RN will:
- Participate in job shadowing
- Complete online training and compliance modules as required
- View implementing and managing patient care
- Watch care planning
- Observe how to delegate care responsibilities to staff
- Watch staff supervision to ensure that delegated tasks and interventions are implemented appropriately and per policy
- Observe how to evaluate and adjust the plan of care to achieve patient goals and minimize re-hospitalizations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required
- Must be currently licensed by a U.S State Board of Nursing or must have applied for license endorsement with their assigned state and awaiting approval
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $41.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.
