Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring residents’ physical and mental health
• Manage medications safely and accurately, including documentation, controlled substances, and patient education
• Cookbook with staff, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Observe and report changes in resident condition and respond appropriately to emergencies
• Assist with diagnostic and treatment procedures and provide guidance to new staff on protocols
• Participate in team and leadership meetings, and support a positive, mission-driven care environment
• Engage with residents through individual or group activities to promote wellness and skill development
• Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting equipment or residents when needed

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• High School/GED required
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

Qualification(s)

• LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: RN, or GN – must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation
