Summary
To deliver individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families in accordance with established hospital guidelines, nursing professional practice model, nursing care standards and policies and in accordance with ANA code of ethics and external regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities
- Embodiment of the vision, mission, and philosophy of Moffitt Nursing
- Commitment to and accountability for personalized patient and family centered care
- Use of the nursing process to effectively plan and manage quality patient care
- Addressing biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge planning needs in all steps of the nursing process
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- Experience in oncology nursing preferred
- Knowledge of ANA code of ethics and external regulatory agencies
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The salary range for this position is $38.54 - $57.80 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
