About the role
This Monday through Friday 40-hour position includes inpatient rounding, hospital, and office hours. Call rotation is 1:4.
Responsibilities
- Work closely and collaboratively with experienced nursing staff and physicians to identify patient and family needs
- Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to wound patients
- Perform telephone evaluation and triage
- Expand and implement instructive programs to match patient needs
Requirements
- FNP with a minimum of 2+ years RN experience and 2 years NP experience
- General Surgery, Wound or Ostomy experience is strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Hampshire
- Current BLS certification
