Qualifications
- Maintains a current Nurse Practitioner licensure in state of Ohio
- Maintains a current Certificate of Authority in state of Ohio
- Maintains a Master of Nursing Degree
- Minimum of two years in clinical setting
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate excellence in written and oral communication
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with RC employees, community and healthcare providers
- Able to provide own transportation
- Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Able to provide an active auto insurance policy as a licensed driver in the State of Ohio with the proper level of coverage as directed
- Able to provide an active driver’s license
- Able to comply with Annual Flu Shot Policy or provide exemption documentation
