Schedule

• Coverage Type: Outpatient

• Schedule (per week): M‑F
• Dates of Need: 2 weeks per month
• Shift Times: 8A‑5P (or 7:30A‑4:30P)
• Lunch: 1 hour unpaid
• Provider Minimum Shifts Required: 2 weeks per month (40 hrs per week)
• Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 Hours
• Overtime applies after 40 hours per week
• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic – Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday

Credentialing

• Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
• License: Active only
• DEA Required: Yes
• Boards: BC
• Skills/Certs: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required

Additional Details

Seeking two providers to assist in the outpatient urology clinic starting ASAP for long term coverage until permanent providers are hired. We need two providers who can consistently provide at least 2 weeks of coverage each per month, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm (or 7:30 am‑4:30 pm). Outpatient Urology experience required; First Assisting experience is a plus but not required. Please note: rates have been increased to more closely align with current market standards. We have also removed the call responsibilities as well as the requirement for providers to have first assisting experience.
