Nurse Practitioner, Urogynecology Practice, Newark/Smyrna, DE
About the role
This position is 100% subspecialty work in Urogynecology serving a robust patient population. It does not include general gynecology or primary care patients.
Position Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate and manage patients with pelvic floor disorders including:
- Urinary incontinence
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Overactive bladder
- Fecal incontinence
- Recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Assess patients for potential surgical referral and coordinate with the surgical team as needed
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Delaware
- Certification in a relevant specialty area (e.g., Women’s Health, Family Medicine)
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility)
- BLS certification required
- Prior experience in Urogynecology, Women’s Health, or Urology preferred

CS1 Annual Compensation Range
$111,278.00 - $140,485.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
