Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive geriatric assessments
• Triaging and treating patients in their homes
• Ordering and interpreting tests
• Collaborating with primary care providers and specialists

Requirements

• Certification through AANP or ANCC
• Current unrestricted RN and NP licenses in Colorado
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, geriatrics, or urgent care
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
