About the role

This role is for experienced Nurse Practitioners who want to launch and grow independent, insurance-based practices in Massachusetts. You will own the practice, care for your patients, and we will build the infrastructure around you.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow an independent practice in Massachusetts
• Care for patients in areas like behavioral health, primary care, and women's health
• Manage all aspects of practice operations including credentialing, payer contracting, billing, marketing, and scheduling

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an outstanding clinician
• An active Massachusetts license and compliance with state requirements for independent practice
• A desire for more independence and not just another boss
• A belief that patients deserve better care than the traditional system allows
• An excitement to build something meaningful, even if you've never owned a business before
