Nurse Practitioner — Start Your Own Practice | Massachusetts

About the role

This role is for experienced Nurse Practitioners who want to launch and grow their own independent, insurance-based practices in Massachusetts. You will own the practice, care for your patients, and we will build the infrastructure around you.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a strong patient-provider relationship.
• Manage your own schedule and career path.
• Build and grow your independent practice in areas like behavioral health, primary care, and women's health.
• Handle administrative tasks such as credentialing, payer contracting, billing, marketing, scheduling, and operations.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license and compliance with state requirements for independent practice.
• Several years of experience as an outstanding clinician.
• Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for your career and practice.
• Commitment to providing better care than the traditional system allows.
• Interest in building something meaningful, even if you've never owned a business before.
