About the role
This role is for experienced Nurse Practitioners who want to launch and grow their own independent, insurance-based practices in Massachusetts. You will own the practice, care for your patients, and we will build the infrastructure around you.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your independent practice in areas like behavioral health, primary care, and women's health.
- Provide outstanding patient care with several years of experience.
- Manage all aspects of your practice, including credentialing, payer contracting, billing, marketing, scheduling, and operations.
- Enjoy real autonomy over your schedule and career.

Requirements
- Hold an active Massachusetts license and meet the state's requirements for independent practice.
