Responsibilities
- Build relationships with patients, store personnel, and the health care community to enhance practice building and continuity of care.

- Deliver the highest quality health care within The Little Clinic's scope of services while achieving optimum patient satisfaction.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ensure a safety and quality-based healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with regional management in participating in community events to promote TLC and increase clinic utilization.
- Manage clinic inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost-effective clinical operations.
- Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing as scheduled.
- Utilize company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Support the mentor program by being a resource and role model.
- Attend ongoing education seminars related to retail and family practice.
- Control costs at clinics to meet budgeted profitability goals.
- Participate in operational duties and responsibilities as assigned by regional management.
- Travel to designated clinics within a specified geographic area if a float.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience).
- One year of experience in healthcare.
- Active license, American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification, and all necessary state credentials.
- Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C); or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Desired
- Experience with applicable clinical procedures.
- Experience with electronic health record charting systems.
- Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, critical care.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Experience providing high-quality medical care to patients.
- Experience participating in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
- Experience managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies.
- Experience performing quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing.
- Experience utilizing company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Experience supporting the mentor program.
- Experience attending ongoing education seminars related to retail and family practice.
- Experience controlling costs at clinics to meet budgeted profitability goals.
- Experience traveling to designated clinics within a specified geographic area if a float.

- Experience maintaining a neat, well-groomed appearance and adhering to The Little Clinic's dress code.
