About the Role

We’re looking for a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in a part-time capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume. PRN providers have the opportunity to pick up available shifts based on clinic needs and their availability during the following clinic hours:

• Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
• Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
• Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
• Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as an FNP.
• DEA registration.
• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Experience treating patients ages 2+.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Schedule

• PRN (as needed) shifts based on clinic needs and provider availability.
• Clinic hours:
  • Monday-Wednesday: 8:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
  • Thursday-Friday: 9:00 AM-11:00 AM | 12:00 PM-6:00 PM
