About the role
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Primary Care (Outpatient) to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.
Responsibilities
- Practicing full-scope outpatient primary care within your license
- Managing approximately 18-22 patients daily with 36 contact hours weekly
- Utilizing EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, and AI notetaking systems
- Collaborating with a dedicated MA team, onsite lab, and pharmacy support
- Providing patient care, medication refills, and participating in practice initiatives
- Opportunities for leadership and mentorship, with support for new graduates
Qualifications and skills required
- Unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- National certification through AANC/AANP or NCCPA
- Current DEA registration and BLS certification
- Preferred experience in outpatient primary care and value-based models
- Proficiency in EMR systems, Medicare wellness visits, and HEDIS measures
Compensation and benefits
- Salary range $104,500 - $156,000 based on experience
