About the role
Empowers Nurse Practitioners to build and operate their own independent primary care practices.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and growing your own practice with provided tools, support, and patient access.
- Managing clinical care while leveraging all-in-one EHR and live support for billing, scheduling, and communication.
- Procuring your own medical suite in WA (within 2-4 months of hire).
- Engaging in patient care with autonomy and flexibility.
Qualifications and skills
- Valid Nurse Practitioner License & Certification.
- Passion for patient care and independent practice.
- Willingness to work as a 1099 partner.
- Experience as a primary care, urgent care, or ICU RN preferred for new practitioners.
- Ability to set own schedule and location.
