We need to output HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Benefits (list). No explicit Pay or Schedule info? It mentions full-time, onsite 4-5 hours per day Monday-Friday, ability to take call when offsite (including weekends). That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Pay not mentioned, so omit Pay section.
We need sections: About the role (maybe mission description), Responsibilities (job summary duties), Requirements (education & experience required), Qualifications (maybe license etc?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits (list). Could combine some.
We must not invent headings with no content. Let's parse content.

Then "Work Environment" physical demands.
We need to map to sections.

We need to map to sections.
We can have:
About the role
mission description, location, etc.
Responsibilities
- ... from Job Summary
Requirements
- Education & Experience Required items
Qualifications
maybe license etc? But those are also in Requirements. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications but we need separate headings only if content. Could put license etc under Qualifications. But we have Education & Experience Required includes license etc. Might split: Requirements = education & experience; Qualifications = licensure, certifications, registrations. However the posting lumps them together. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine into one Requirements section covering all. But we need to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (includes education, experience, licensure, certifications), Benefits, Schedule. That's 5 sections. Schedule: from description: full-time, onsite 4-5 hours per day Monday-Friday, ability to take call when offsite (including weekends). Provide that. Work Environment could be part of Responsibilities or separate? Could be part of Responsibilities (physical demands). But we can include under Responsibilities as bullet. We must not include boilerplate like HIPAA legal text etc. That's a lot of legal language in Job Summary; we need to preserve substantive info but remove legal boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The HIPAA text is legal; should we remove? It's part of the contract details; but it's legal boilerplate. Likely we should remove that extensive HIPAA paragraph. Also the liability insurance paragraph maybe also legal. But the instruction says remove legal boilerplate. So we should strip out those legal sections. Keep substantive duties like ensuring compliance, etc. But the HIPAA paragraph is purely legal; we can remove. The liability insurance paragraph also legal; maybe remove. However some of those paragraphs also contain substantive duties like ensuring proper treatment during emergencies, participates in performance improvement, oversees medication control, etc. We need to keep those. So we need to parse Job Summary and keep substantive duties, removing pure legal boilerplate. Let's extract substantive duties from Job Summary: "Service provider will provide medical services to primarily Valley Hope Residential and secondarily Valley Hope Outpatient program as needed. Services include history, physical, follow-up, psychological evaluations, and medical management that may require Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options." "Advanced Practice Registered Nurse will be available via phone (on call) daily, when not present physically at the Residential and/or Outpatient Valley Hope facilities." "Service Provider will meet with facility leadership and/or Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer at a minimum of every two months to offer suggestions, share concerns, and note progress." "Ensures proper and adequate treatment provided during emergencies by nursing staff and that established policies and procedures for all medical emergencies are consistently followed (i.e., convulsions, suicides, Delirium Tremens, etc.)." "Participates in facility performance improvement activities and leads efforts specific to medical and nursing services and improving nursing care quality." "Collaborates with facility management staff to identify and implement improvement activities across the facility." "Oversees and manages the security, control, and administration of drugs, medications, treatments, and tests as allowed by law." "Maintains appropriate standards of patient confidentiality; ensures nursing staff adheres to all policies and procedures regarding patient information protection and HIPAA." (This mentions HIPAA but it's a duty; we can keep.) "Oversees and assists with medical and nursing tasks and activities required to maintain compliance with Joint Commission as well as any other regulatory bodies." "Assists the efforts to build the skills and competencies of the nursing staff as needed to meet minimum requirements as specified by customary standards of nursing practice, external accrediting agency guidelines, and internal organizational guidelines." "Ensures effective communication between the medical department and all other clinical and support-service department." "Assists the facility Safety Officer with the coordination, development, implementation, and monitoring of plans for safety management activities; this includes security management, hazardous materials and waste management, emergency preparedness, life safety management, medical equipment management, utility systems management, space allocation management, and infection control programs." "Maintains and coordinates with facility team the use of MAT Therapy and follow-up care post treatment." "Maintains a current working knowledge of trends within substance abuse treatment industry and with company policy, State, and Federal regulatory requirements and guidelines." That's substantive. Now the liability insurance paragraph: "Service Provider agrees to carry appropriate liability insurance and will provide evidence of this coverage in the form of a copy of the certificate of insurance at the time to the signed Agreement is executed. Service Provider will provide to VHA a copy of the certificate of insurance at any time Service Provider's insurance coverage(s) change(s) or renews. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse will carry a minimum of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate in personal malpractice liability insurance. Valley Hope will assist with the cost of this insurance." This is more contractual/legal; could be considered boilerplate. Might remove. Work Environment section: list physical demands. Now Benefits list: we have many. Now schedule: we have full-time, onsite 4-5 hours per day Monday-Friday, ability to take call when offsite (including weekends). Now we need to output HTML. We'll produce:About the role
