Job Summary

MetroWest Medical Center - Leonard Morse and Tenet Healthcare are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their Inpatient Psychiatry team in Natick, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative group of medical professionals and is a crucial member of the patient experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, based around normal business hours. This position is ideal for providers looking to work in an inpatient setting and would be a great option for a PA seeking a healthy work-life balance. Due to the setting, only candidates with previous inpatient experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a collaborative group of medical professionals
• Collaborate on care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an inpatient setting
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide patient education and counseling

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
• Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
