Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate

About the role

Provide compassionate, holistic care to seniors in post-acute, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care settings. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians, and social workers to deliver patient-centered services. This role offers autonomy in a facility-based environment, allowing you to build meaningful patient relationships and utilize your clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage patient care within scope of practice.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license (or ability to obtain one).

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with no on-call or after-hours duties.
