Overview
AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) was created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post-Acute patients and Long-Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. Created by long-term care providers for long-term care providers, ACS is the first and only clinical group of its kind.
Responsibilities
- Work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers.
- Deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients.
- Build relationships with your patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain.
- New Grads encouraged to apply!

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with no on-call or after-hours requirements.
