This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who desires to work in a facility-based environment, enjoys autonomy, and is looking to exercise their clinical skillset in our ever-evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers.
• Deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients.
• Build relationships with your patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or ability to obtain.
• New Grads encouraged to apply!

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p with no on-call or after-hours requirements.
