Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - South Bend, IN ($5K Sign-On Bonus)

About the role

This position provides dedicated support to assist with scheduling, coordination of care, and documentation to keep the clinician in front of the patient. You will work closely with our Physician Executives to manage inpatients at a busy inpatient sub-acute Rehab Facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatients at a busy inpatient sub-acute Rehab Facility
• Collaborate and work alongside our Physicians who round multiple times per week
• Occasional weekends may be required
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to maintain optimal momentum of the program and implement proprietary protocols

Requirements

• Minimum three to five years of adult acute care/inpatient medicine experience as a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner
• Will also consider new grads

Qualifications

• Education consistent with requirements for licensure and certification with the State of Indiana

Skills

• Comfortable managing acute changes in place when possible
• Experience with orthopedic and multiple co-morbidities
