About the role
This role involves providing primary care services in a supportive, patient-centered environment. The position is full-time, located onsite in Gardner MA with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
- Board Certification
- Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified
- Experience in primary care settings is preferred
- Ability to assess patient health and perform physical examinations
- Strong documentation and charting skills
- Proficient in developing patient management plans
- Experience in therapeutic procedures such as administering injections
- Ability to provide patient counseling and wellness promotion
Pay
$120,000-$140,000 Per Year
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
