Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant needed Ballston, VA

Responsibilities

• Provide highly accurate and thorough primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population.
• Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears, with precision and attention to detail.
• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions using evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
• Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness.
• Manage urgent complaints with critical thinking and effective care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to drive high-quality outcomes.
• Review all labs and clinical documents promptly and accurately.
• Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours.
• See approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour, handling each case effectively.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and clinical excellence.

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Virginia (VA)
• One year MINIMUM employment experience in a Primary Care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care
