Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FT or PT)

About the role

We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients' homes and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) within a designated region.

Responsibilities

• Select and perform diagnostic tests
• Perform wound care procedures including debridement
• Apply topical treatments
• Document diagnoses and treatment plans
• Educate patients on care and management
• Ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements

• Current Illinois license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• CPR certification
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance
• Willingness to travel locally
