Responsibilities
- Partner with the facility’s therapy department to provide the best possible rehab care.
- Communicate and collaborate with the patient’s primary care team to ensure the best outcomes.
- Timely charting/documentation required (can be completed from home).
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (required)
- Licensed Physician Assistant (required)
- Certified Physician Assistant (required)
- Must be licensed in Tennessee
- Reliable transportation
