Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

About the Role

Join our team of experts in rehabilitation at skilled nursing facilities in Tennessee. This part-time, in-person position offers a detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the facility's therapy department to provide the best possible rehab care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the patient's primary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Complete timely charting and documentation (can be done from home).

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Licensed Physician Assistant (Required)
• Certified Physician Assistant (Required)
• Must be licensed in Tennessee
• Reliable transportation
