About the Role
AgeRight Clinical Services (ACS) was created to meet the ever-increasing medical needs of Post-Acute patients and Long-Term Care residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care environments. Created by long-term care providers for long-term care providers, ACS is the first and only clinical group of its kind. As a Clinician with AgeRight Clinical Services, you will work on a team of dedicated Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Associates from a variety of different specialty backgrounds in conjunction with the facility nursing staff, therapists, dieticians, and social workers, the ACS team to deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients.
