Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care to high‑acuity patients in their homes Monday‑Friday, with minimal call responsibilities and no hospital rounds or holidays. An assistant will support appointments in select markets, and a company car with driver is available in select markets.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the HarmonyCares Medical Group office is located
- Federal DEA license or eligibility
- Geriatric training/experience preferred
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- Board certification
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Pay
Posted minimum pay rate: USD $145,000.00 per year.
Posted maximum pay rate: USD $160,000.00 per year.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job‑related considerations.
