About the role
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position consisting primarily of outpatient clinic work with the potential for daytime call duty and hospital rounding.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in the urology clinic setting
- Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity
- Participate in hospital rounding and emergency department coverage as needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in PA studies from an accredited program or NPs with applicable experience/training
- Current state license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensing in Maine
- DEA certificate with prescribing privileges
- BLS certification
- Minimum two years relevant experience required, though does not need to be Urology background
Qualifications
- Desired qualifications and experience in primary care, urology, or related fields

- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
