Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Primary Care Float - Per Diem
MaineHealth Medical Group Admin Primary Care is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) to join our team of dedicated providers to float between our Primary Care practices to provide primary care services, such as assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. This is a per diem position.
About the role
Float between Primary Care locations including: Greater Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Falmouth, Peak’s Island, Portland, Saco, Scarborough, South Portland, Standish, Westbrook, and Windham. York County locations optional.
Requirements
- Master's Degree required.
- Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate/Assistant program.
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure.
- Current BLS certification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an APP.
Pay
For internal candidates who currently hold a full-time or part-time role at MaineHealth, the pay rate is 120% of their current hourly rate and may be eligible for shift differentials. For external candidates or candidates who only hold per diem roles at MaineHealth, the rate is $80.00 per hour and may be eligible for shift differentials.
