Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urology

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Prescribe and manage pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic treatments.
• Perform office‑based urologic procedures.
• Deliver patient education and coordinate ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner: Masters‑prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program; current WI RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP, or ACNP.
• Physician Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, full‑time (1.0 FTE), 80 hours per pay period.
